Specializes in M & A transactions and capital market law, with particular emphasis on securities law and trading in financial instruments, and in the wide sense real estate transactions law and construction investment law. Supervises KKW’s servicing processes to the introduction of financial instruments onto the trading platform of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Supervises the service of property developers.
