Graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and a scholarship at the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands. Legal Counsel since 2000. Co-founder of Kurek, Kościółek, Wójcik Legal Office of Legal Advisers.
Member of the supervisory boards of several companies in the telecommunications industry.
Specializes in M & A transactions, tax law, handling development market, telecommunications law and intellectual property law. Supervises the creation and restructuring of corporate structures, including the elements of tax optimization, and supervises taxation, IT and telecommunication practise in the KKW.
